Two women building worlds from nothing while nine men watch them choose which direction to grow. The romance isn't a subplot, it's the weight that matters, the reason every decision about your continent's future becomes a decision about who you are and who you want to become. Angelique understands that power and intimacy are the same negotiation.

Angelique Limoges and Rosalia de Catargena have been chosen as candidates for the Queen Examination, a trial to decide which of them is better suited to become the next Queen of the cosmos. Each is given her own continent on an uninhabited planet and must grow it into a flourishing land with a thriving civilization. Nine Guardians, who command elements such as fire, wind and water, are assigned to help them. Angelique starts out far less prepared than her rival, so she has to build her relationships with the Guardians carefully if she hopes to succeed. The three-episode OVA mixes drama, fantasy, romance and science fiction.
