The Tower doesn't care how many generations have tried to reach the top. Star Martial Arts practitioners climb the same impossible path their ancestors did, learning nothing from the bodies left behind. Every step forward is a repetition of failure, dressed up as progress, and the show knows the difference.

A martial artist of the Star school sets out to climb the Tower of God, where twelve routes are said in legend to lead toward immortality, though each one seems to stretch on forever. Long ago the world held many fighting arts, but great upheavals left only three standing: Flame, Dragon and Star. Masters of all three have spent generations hunting for the road to eternal life. Accompanied by beautiful young women, this Star practitioner embarks on his lifelong quest with the goal of rising to become the Highest God. The ONA runs for 40 episodes and blends action with fantasy.
