A cartoonist who became famous for his comic B.King eventually runs dry creatively, and he keeps his readers' attention only by repeatedly discarding the characters he created. One day a strange phone call pulls him into the world of B.King itself, where he becomes a character called Wang Xiaoming. Carrying the mind of the creator and traveling alongside the characters he invented, Wang Xiaoming sets out on a fantasy adventure summed up by the phrase "God's shortcut, one step to heaven." The ONA runs 18 episodes and mixes action, adventure and fantasy.
