This one asks for about twenty-five minutes and gives you exactly what it promised, no more, no less. Seara has been carrying a torch for Shuhei since she was small enough for him to brush her off with the classic dodge: come back when you're grown up. She grows up, shows up looking like a high schooler, and installs herself in his house, which is either romantic determination or a home invasion depending on your mood. Nobody here is deep. Seara is the childhood-sweetheart archetype with the serial numbers still on, and the OVA never pretends otherwise. But it's sweet, it's funny in spots, and it's over before the thinness can curdle. Sometimes you want a single episode of a girl refusing to be told she's too young, and this delivers that and then gets out of your way.
