Three fairies awaken to their calling as guardians of the four seasons. Xia Letong, Yan Keke, and Bai Yinyue each bond with an elf partner and take on the task of protecting the balance between spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Their world is thrown into trouble when Siqi, guardian of the frozen cliffs of winter, is deceived and sets out to freeze the other three seasons to bring back the order of winter. The fairies must learn quickly. They face challenges that test their ability to understand one another and to accept themselves and others. Each conflict pushes them to see problems more fully. As they work together to stop Siqi's plan, their bonds with one another grow deeper.
