These little can creatures don't do anything. They just exist in spaces you recognize, noticing things you stopped seeing. That's the entire show, and it works because the world becomes strange again when you watch it through their eyes. The pacing moves at their pace, never rushing you toward a joke or a lesson. You're not watching a story happen to characters. You're watching what happens when you finally look at the ordinary world long enough to see it.

Small, can-shaped creatures who are curious, cute and playful wander through our everyday world, taking it in from their own unusual perspective. Canimals is a comedy slice-of-life TV short that runs 52 episodes, with the humor coming from how these little beings see ordinary things. It's lighthearted viewing built around their playful exploration.
