Grand Carnival knows its audience lives inside Fate's ecosystem and builds every joke on that assumption, it never explains, never apologizes, just commits to the bit. The comedy lands because it treats servant roster incompetence and gacha economy desperation as legitimate sources of absurdity.

As more and more Servants join Chaldea, keeping enough resources for all of them turns into a real problem, and a harsh order is handed down.
