A dog tied to a balloon drifting above the clouds is the entire concept, and the show never apologizes for how simple that is. Each episode moves at the speed of wind, no plot machinery, just a creature experiencing small moments of wonder in an endless sky. You watch this when you need proof that a story doesn't need conflict to matter, that quiet observation of a world is enough. The balloon dog floats because it floats. That's the whole thing. That's enough.

Tinny is a dog who travels with a balloon that carries him up above the clouds. Adapted from a picture book series, this 2014 short-form TV adventure runs 26 episodes, each following his journeys through the sky.
