In the year 4699, drifting spaceships are known as whales, and hunting them is a trade. A boy named Lucky seeks out Ahab, a famed whale hunter who runs the Ahab Whale Hunting Company, and begs him to save Mohd, his endangered home planet. The threat is Moby Dick, also called the White Devil, a spaceship carrying weapons powerful enough to destroy planets. It is also Ahab's old enemy, the one that took his leg and one of his eyes. Winning the outlaw captain and his crew over to the fight will not be easy. Loosely adapted from Herman Melville's novel, the 26-episode series is a science fiction adventure that moves the whale hunt into outer space.
