SYNOPSIS
Hangyodon walks out of a spy thriller completely starstruck. The sleek gadgets, the impossible escapes, the glamorous danger of it all: he's hooked. Then reality crashes in when pop sensation Kingyochan vanishes, snatched by the ruthless White Penguin Heart organization. Their leader, the sinister Dr. Monday, plans something big, and nobody else is stepping up to stop it. With spy movies fresh in his head, Hangyodon decides this is his moment. He's got the inspiration, the motivation, and absolutely zero actual training. What follows is a chaotic blend of comedic mishaps and genuine action as he stumbles through tradecraft he barely understands, armed mostly with determination and whatever luck will carry him. The tone whips between slapstick humor and real peril as Hangyodon discovers that being a hero looks a lot cooler on screen than it feels in practice. This OVA works best if you enjoy characters getting in way over their heads, action played for laughs, and the charm of pure earnest effort against overwhelming odds.
