Heart Cocktail Again: Koi no Rensa is a single-episode romance special from 2003. It was released as a bonus episode on the DVD for Heart Cocktail Again, which makes it a companion piece to that release rather than a standalone production. Viewers who enjoyed the main release can treat it as an extra romantic episode set alongside it.
