Heya Nikki is an animated film framed as the diary of a woman in her twenties who lives a long way from the town where she grew up. Her room is warm, at times hot, and carries an unsettling feeling. The film was made as a 2025 graduate project in the animation department of Tokyo University of the Arts' Graduate School of Film and New Media.
