Jinkou no Rakuen is an experimental film by Tanaami Keiichi that assembles reproduced pictures of sunny beaches and bikini models drawn from magazines and posters. Tanaami printed positive and negative copies of these pictures onto clear cel sheets, stacked them and rotated them against each other to produce a shimmering moiré pattern. The result is disorienting, set to psychedelic and occasionally sinister music by Shinpei Kikuchi. Tanaami has said that his paradise exists only in the world of reproduction.
