At the center are twin brothers with tangled fates. Seventeen years earlier, Jiang Feng, the richest man in the world, and his pregnant wife are pursued by the Twelve Astrology. Before she dies, she gives birth to twin boys. One, with scars on his face, is taken to the Villains' Valley; the other is taken to Palace Yihua, a forbidden place in the martial arts world. Years later, the scarred Jiang Xiaoyu has been raised by the five evils of the Villains' Valley and dreams of becoming the world's foremost villain. Hua Wuque, meanwhile, does good deeds and wipes out evil, holding fast to traditional moral principles. The two brothers could hardly be more different, and their linked fates keep unfolding across the martial arts world.
