Nobody remembers this one because it was never trying to be memorable. A fire safety video built around Maple Town characters operates on pure sincerity, the kind where a bunny and a deer take evacuation procedures seriously because kids need to understand what actually matters when the smoke comes. It's gentle instruction wrapped in the world you already knew, not a story about fire safety but fire safety as the only story that day. The OVA refuses spectacle the way a real parent refuses to look away from a child learning something essential.

The cast of Maple Town Monogatari returns for a single-episode OVA built around fire safety. Rather than telling a new adventure, this short video uses the familiar characters to present lessons on staying safe from fire, keeping the gentle everyday feel of a slice-of-life production.
