SYNOPSIS
A young monk wakes to discover he carries powers that shouldn't exist in the natural world. Bound to a monastery yet called toward something greater, he finds himself caught between the spiritual path of his order and the raw force awakening inside him. When darkness threatens the land beyond the temple walls, the monk realizes his training has been preparation for a conflict he never chose. Armed with newfound abilities and guided by whispered prophecies, he ventures into dangerous terrain where ancient evils stir and ordinary people suffer. Each step away from sanctuary tests whether his supernatural gifts are a blessing or a curse. The monk must decide what it means to use such power: does he serve his monastery's teachings, or does he answer a higher calling to protect those who cannot protect themselves?
