Phantom Thief Queen operates by a simple rule: they never fail. Nobody knows Queen's age, gender or nationality, but the few who work with them know a thief with firm principles who treats stealing as an art. Queen roams the world aboard the airship Troubadour alongside their partner Joker and RD. Their newest target is the Rose of Linden, a famous jewel said to carry a curse. Before Queen can make a move, thieves from a traveling circus take the jewel first. This rival troupe includes a hypnotist, an acrobat and a magician, and their true aim is a mystery. To win back the prize, Queen answers the challenge with daring and flair, and plenty of disguise, in a contest of deception full of surprises. The single OVA episode is based on an adventure novel by Hayamine Kaoru.
