Three different directors, three completely different worlds. Three standalone shorts from Studio Ponoc make up this anthology, each by a different director. Crab siblings Kanini and Kanino live in a forest stream, and when a storm sweeps their father away they set out to find him, facing dangers such as a hungry predatory fish. In another story, a boy named Shun lives with a severe egg allergy, and his mother fights constantly to keep him safe as he learns to live with his condition. The third short follows an invisible man who must weigh himself down to stay on the ground and who goes unnoticed by everyone, until a stormy encounter with a kind blind person offers him some purpose. Studio Ponoc presents the collection as stories of modest heroes of today, moving from fantasy adventure to family drama to action.
