Naoe demonstrates a range of exercises to the other characters in this weekly comedy short. The mini anime aired alongside each episode of Elf-san wa Yaserarenai., but only on the AT-X broadcast of that TV series. The episodes were also put out separately on streaming services, so the twelve short installments can be watched apart from the main show, with a light blend of comedy, fantasy and slice of life.
