SYNOPSIS

With absolutely no concept of how the world works, Nyuruo bumbles through daily life powered by pure earnestness and a bizarre passion for collecting stamps at local rallies. His big ambition? Land a cushy government job and climb the bureaucratic ladder like any respectable Kakusen would. What unfolds is a rapid-fire comedy centered on culture shock and absurdist humor.
