Perman returns in a spin-off movie that goes back to the beginning, showing how Mitsuo first met the alien who handed him the gear that turns him into a superhero. The film then highlights how he teams up with the other Permans and builds to a rowdy clash with the villains. Expect a mix of adventure and comedy. The movie played in theaters alongside Doraemon: Nobita and the Strange Wind Rider.
