Patrol-kun is a talking police car in a world where talking vehicles and people live side by side. On his first day at the police station he is paired with Hajime, a human recruit, and the two begin patrolling the streets of Himawari Town together, picking up assorted life lessons as they go. The 65 short episodes aim at children and lean into comedy.
