A man's obsession with revenge against a bird spirals into something ridiculous that somehow matters. The bird is not a metaphor, it's just smarter than he is, and watching him fail repeatedly hits harder than any clever symbolic reading could. What starts as slapstick becomes something quieter: a study of how badly we need to win against things that don't care about us at all.

Furukawa Taku directs this short film about a man who is pestered by a bird while he sleeps. Angered by the disturbance, he sets out to chase the bird down and catch it as payback. The bird turns out to be much cleverer than it first appears, so his quest for revenge proves harder than he expects.
