Kotobuki is a lively, outgoing fourteen-year-old with a real flair for style, and she spends her free time wandering through specialty shops, gift shops and clothing boutiques. Her favorite is Galopine Et Galopin, a popular store owned by Hodaka, a good-looking and reserved 26-year-old designer whose work is winning him fans in the fashion world. After she falls for him, Kotobuki lies about her age so she can get closer. Hodaka takes a while to warm up to her, and matters get stirred up when an odd young man named Kazuomi asks him for a part-time job. The story is a one-episode romance OVA built around that lopsided crush.
