Drawing its setting from the Classic of Mountains and Seas, a text from China's distant past, this twelve-episode ONA is a fantasy adventure built around two male leads. Xiaoyu is the master and Tianyi his apprentice, and the story centers on the lasting connection between them, a tie that holds firm across time within a mythic world.
