Shinjirou's grip on his Ultraman powers finally fractures. After a nightmare, he realizes he can no longer keep his abilities in check, and his struggle to contain them fails: his power breaks loose, the city is wrecked and people are injured. The public turns on him fast. He goes from hero to what society now calls a disaster for mankind, a figure of open condemnation.
