The comedy works because the show commits completely to the bit: four teachers and one unlucky student get thrown into escalating absurdity, and the fanservice is never the joke itself, the slapstick timing and genuine awkwardness of the situations are. It's sexual humor that actually lands because it's built on physical comedy and character collision, not just exposure. If you've laughed at a show where the premise is "what if these people kept accidentally ending up in compromising positions through no one's actual fault," this executes that formula better than it has any right to.

At Kawanuma West, a public high school, four attractive teachers keep landing in sexually charged predicaments with male students from their classes. None of the women planned for any of this.
