Pascal's complete indifference to being a teacher is the entire joke, and it lands because he's not trying to be funny, he's just genuinely, catastrophically incompetent. The classroom becomes a space where nothing matters and everything is allowed, which transforms each six-minute episode into pure absurdist relief. You watch a mole fail upward for half a season and somehow it's exactly what you need.

Pascal is a mole who teaches at an elementary school, and he is so dim that he cannot even write his own name properly. That does not hold him back in class, where he follows his whims and does whatever he likes. Across six short ONA episodes, this comedy gets its laughs from a teacher who is anything but a model educator.
