Hundreds of thousands of years after civilization collapsed, the world has become a wasteland stripped of technology, home to tribes of humanoid people. Their peace is put at risk when Wushen returns, a wicked, shape-shifting ghost of modern technology who intends to enslave everyone. Zhuma, a ten-year-old girl, is chosen to stand against him, with Zhanggong, her lion-like Tibetan Mastiff, at her side. With help from an ethereal goddess, she must gather allies from the surviving tribes and fight Wushen before he seizes control of an ancient power. A fantasy feature film, it centers on Zhuma's quest to rally the tribes against this threat.
