A devil called Bazusu flings two cities, Kujukuri City in Chiba Prefecture and Dallas in the United States, ten thousand years ahead in time, then pits them against each other and relishes the bloodshed. The disappearance comes after a space fortress named Death Mask breaks apart and its falling pieces strike both areas once their residents have been told to flee. Gai Tanbara of the Time Patrol doubts such a thing is possible but is dispatched to look into it. At the far-future Kujukuri Beach he finds desert, ruins and hostile creatures, rescues a girl named Emiya Tachi, and is then taken prisoner in a labor camp. Learning that Death Mask is behind the camps, he sets out to end the oppression for good alongside Emiya, who has her own score to settle. The special mixes action, adventure, drama, romance and science fiction.
