Anpanman and his friends join forces with Fuwari, a child of the clouds, to save Cloud Country. To keep flowers and plants healthy, Cloud Country journeys from place to place, delivering clouds that bring rain and rainbows to many towns and stars. A baby cloud born there crosses paths with Baikinman and his companions, and after that meeting it comes to be called Fuwari. The little cloud grows up fast and becomes close to Dokin-chan. The film is a comedic fantasy adventure in the Anpanman franchise.
