Ao no Exorcist returns with a two-episode OVA from 2017, released alongside the 19th and 20th volumes of the manga. Both episodes adapt the franchise's novels rather than the main comic. The first draws on the second chapter of Home Sweet Home and looks back to the days when Houjou Mamushi and Shima Juuzou were students at True Cross Academy. The second takes its story from the title chapter of the Spy Game novel. Expect supernatural action in a fantasy world of exorcists.
