The legendary swordsman Musashi Miyamoto, brought back through a cloning experiment, arrives at the underground fighting arena with a weapon in hand and an appetite for the strongest opponents alive. Here weapons are allowed, and losing a bout can mean death. Baki, bored after too many easy title defenses, and the other fighting icons of Tokyo must now confront a man whose ancient code of honor and duels to the death clashes with the calmer modern world. Doppo Orochi, Goki Shibukawa and Sea King Retsu face him one after another, sword against fist, as Musashi struggles to fit into the present while cutting through Baki's friends on his way toward a showdown with Baki himself.
