Bats and Terry are the two toughest guys at their high school. They take no grief from anyone, teachers included, and they will fight whoever they must to protect strangers in trouble, above all attractive girls. Some people are terrified of them, others adore them, and the police hassle them while quietly admiring their results. After the pair rescue one very pretty girl from a gang, they compete over her in a friendly way, both aware that she carries scars. When they try to comfort a girl named Anne, they get drawn into the schemes of the local gangs and have to rescue her. Between the fights they love motorcycles, chasing girls and having fun, and they also pitch and catch for the school baseball team. This comedy drama sports film was adapted from Ooshima Yasuichi's manga.
