You show up to high school expecting to reunite with the best battery in middle school baseball. Instead, your catcher doesn't recognize you, acts like an idiot, and has somehow become worse at the sport he was born to play. The show finds its whole heart in that one impossible gap: watching someone chase a connection that only exists in their own memory.

A standout middle school pitcher once formed a battery with a genius catcher, until the catcher suddenly disappeared. The two turn up again at a high school that has no baseball team, but the catcher has lost his memory and become a clown. Meanwhile, student Tarou Yamada hopes to leave baseball behind after a crushing defeat to an elite team, only to find the rivals from that day enrolled at his new school. Unsure why they are there, he wonders whether he can really walk away from the game he loves. A one-episode comedy sports OVA adapted from the manga by Mikawa Eko, released at the online event Jump Special Anime Festa 2020.
