London hides a secret most of its people never see. Dragons exist, but they are neither fictional nor true creatures: they are heteromorphic beings, and historically they are linked to 72% of the deaths in the city. Only residents of Reverse London, the concealed other side of the city, can see them. There, an agency called Wing Bind is charged with protecting and managing the dragons on behalf of the people. Two of its protection agents are the witch duo Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole. This one-episode action fantasy special is a prequel to BURN THE WITCH.
