A sex worker meets a man who literally transforms into a monster when aroused, and the show treats this not as a punchline but as a genuine romantic problem to solve. Rumi's competence and real attraction to him create actual stakes instead of just shock value. The OVA refuses to look away from what it's actually about: two people trying to want each other without someone getting destroyed in the process.

Rumi Natsumi runs Telephone Communication Madonna, a phone sex service that now and then sends its girls out to meet certain customers face to face. As the owner, she takes the hardest cases herself. When a young man calls saying he loses all control once aroused, she decides the job is hers. Meeting her client, Ryo Sugiura, reveals a far bigger problem: when he gets excited, he turns into an enormous monster. The one-episode OVA mixes comedy, ecchi, horror, romance and science fiction.
