Professor Agasa gets taken, and suddenly the Detective Boys are solving the actual mystery instead of watching Conan do it. You're racing through the city following real clues, not waiting for exposition. The stakes feel different when the man who built the watch and created the gadgets is the one you're trying to save.

Professor Agasa has been kidnapped, and it falls to Conan and the Detective Boys to track him down. To find him, the kids gather clues from the Professor's house and from various places across the city.
