One week after a narrow defeat in their middle school soccer championships, Shin'ichi and his teammates come across an unexplained list in their teamroom. It picks apart every player's abilities one by one. Shin'ichi manages to work out who wrote it, but the mystery may not end there, since the author could have another purpose in mind. This one-episode OVA is a side story tied to The Eleventh Striker and mixes mystery with school sports.
