A city of anthropomorphic cat-people is home to Catman, who lives free of rules and limits and does whatever he likes. That freedom keeps bringing him into conflict with the other residents, and the show follows him as he runs into some of the tougher sides of city life. The comedy grows out of these clashes. There is no spoken dialogue: Catman's words appear as subtitles in both Japanese and English, and a lively soundtrack keeps each short episode moving. The series was animated entirely in Flash. This six-episode run is the third Catman series, and it aired on Fuji Television after the first two were shown only at an event venue.
