At the close of the 1970s, Blue, a woman with a cat's ears and tail, has settled many incidents and troubles thanks to two talents: she can see ghosts, and her tail lets her handle three guns at the same time. One day, masked strangers attack two couriers, Bill and Robert, who have no idea why they were targeted. Blue questions the ghost of one of the dead attackers and learns something surprising: the men were after a Sinatra cassette tape belonging to Bill. That tape kicks off a long day.
