Three sisters stealing paintings across Europe to find their missing father, then racing home to prove a copycat isn't them. The show never chooses between heist comedy and genuine mystery, it runs both at full speed, the same way Cat's Eye runs from Interpol. By the end you've forgotten you were supposed to be laughing at the chaos.

Hitomi, Rui and Ai work together as Cat's Eye, the greatest art thieves in Japan. They steal neither for money nor for fame: each theft is part of their search for their father, a great painter who disappeared after World War II. While the three are away in Europe looking for him, a new female thief turns up in Tokyo using the Cat's Eye name. She takes whatever she can grab, and her brutal methods put the lives of police officers in danger. The real Cat's Eye must return to Japan and put an end to her rampage. The show mixes action, adventure, comedy, mystery and romance.
