A group of tanukis sets out to investigate a temple, and their visit soon turns into a spree of mischief. The short film blends comedy with supernatural elements and holds a notable place in animation history as the first short made entirely with cel animation. Light and playful in spirit, it keeps its attention on the tanukis and the trouble they stir up inside the temple.
