Season 2 trades Season 1's sloppiness for clean, kinetic combat that actually breathes. Passione animates fights like they matter, which means the Shuuki encounters hit harder than they should in a show built around supernatural fruit rewards. Yuuki still gets dragged along for the ride instead of driving it, but the production got so good that watching him survive chaos is enough.

Chained Soldier returns for a second season of action fantasy with heavy doses of ecchi and romance. In this world, portals called Mato open onto another dimension and loose dangerous monsters, while women gain powers from resources known as Peaches. Yuuki Wakura has a rare gift for boosting what the Peaches can do, which bound him to Kyouka Uzen, chief of the Seventh Unit of the Anti-Demon Corp, as her servant both in combat and at home. Season two runs for 12 episodes.
