This is a three-episode sprint where style matters more than sense, and the show knows it. The year is 2808, and Oedo is the city that used to be Tokyo. Keeping its major crime under control falls to the Cyber Police, who have drafted three convicts serving life terms into their ranks. For each mission they complete, a few years come off their sentences. To keep them in line, the police have locked special collars around their necks. If any of them tries to take a collar off, or misses a mission's time limit, it self-destructs. The three-episode OVA is sci-fi action and adventure.
