Goku Furinji is an ex-cop turned private detective in Tokyo in 2014, a city poised between wealth and the threat of earthquake ruin. As he faces death, a mysterious group rescues him and fits him with an artificial eye. The device links to computer networks worldwide and lets him take control of any machine.
