This show takes the superhero origin story and snaps it in half for laughs. Suzuo gets handed an experimental power suit, told to fight actual criminals, and has to keep his civilian identity secret from the people literally living with him, a setup so fundamentally broken that every episode finds new ways to exploit it. The comedy isn't trying to be clever about it; it's watching a teenager in a diaper suit fumble through being a hero while everyone around him is somehow worse at their job than he is.

Suzuo is a nineteen-year-old who badly needs a job. The Galaxy Federation Police is short on officers and hopes new mechanized power suits will cover the gap, and Tampopo needs an earthling to wear her company's prototype. She decides Suzuo is exactly the right fit, and he ends up as a hero in diapers. Rival suit testers and eccentric A-class criminals come after him, but there is a strict rule: nobody may recognize anyone else out of costume, or the test results count as a failure. To save money, they all live in the same apartment building. The result is a sci-fi action comedy built on that absurd setup.
