Nobody expects much from a Doraemon movie. You get the same formula, the same jokes, the same magical pocket. This one actually commits to something: a space adventure that treats Nobita like he's capable of real heroism, not just stumbling into rescue. The comedy doesn't disappear, but it serves the story instead of stalling it. By the end, you remember why you watched Doraemon in the first place, not why you usually turn it off halfway through.

Nobita wants to be a real hero, so Doraemon brings out his Burger Director gadget to cast Nobita and his friends as superheroes in a film about space heroes. When Aron sees their five powers, he asks the group to help rescue his home planet, Pokkuru. The gang assumes the journey is just more of Burger's staged scenario. They soon learn that the story has become real and the danger is genuine. Working together, Doraemon, Nobita and their friends take on space pirates to save Aron and his world in this adventure comedy with fantasy touches.
