The animation is deliberately unfinished, storyboard-level rough. It doesn't matter. These six vignettes live inside Dorohedoro's world in ways the main series never quite captures, building out the texture of how people actually live under the Hole. The show trusts you to already love these characters enough that watching them just exist, arguing over food, dealing with mundane violence, refusing to be anything but themselves, becomes the whole point. This is pure fan service that earns it by understanding what fans actually want: more time in a world this detailed, even if nothing changes. Only works if you've already fallen for the series.

Dorohedoro: Ma no Omake is a comedy, fantasy and horror OVA, an unaired episode bundled with the second Blu-ray box. It adapts six canon Extra Evil bonus segments from the manga volumes and shows what the cast gets up to between hunts for their enemies. Fujita attends a ritual in hopes that a Devil will give him a proper mask like those of Noi and Shin. A broke Nikaidou, selling gyoza on the streets of the Hole, finds a tea and sweets shop run by the kindly Syueron. Ebisu wants her own portrait taken at the mansion, the Gyoza Fairy fusses over how diners eat, and En insists his family dance at his masquerade ball to keep the Devils happy.
