Dracula falls in love and stops drinking blood, so he settles down in Boston with a woman named Delores and has a kid. The animation is so cheap and herky-jerky it loops back around to hypnotic, every frame a choice that makes no sense until suddenly it does. This is what happens when a 1980 Marvel property gets adapted by people who didn't have enough budget to fail conventionally, so they accidentally made something that lives in your head rent-free for weeks.

In present-day Boston, Dracula bursts in on a Satanic ritual and carries off the woman meant to be sacrificed. He falls in love with her, cannot bring himself to drink her blood, and instead settles into a life with her. The two have a son, Janus. His enemies are gathering, though. Satan has taken away his vampire powers, and a band of vampire hunters is closing in, among them the wheelchair-using professor Hans Harker and newcomer Frank Drake, one of Dracula's own descendants. After Satanists kill Janus, Dracula needs another vampire to restore his strength, both to fend off the hunters and to take revenge. Based on Marvel's Tomb of Dracula comics, the special blends horror, supernatural drama and romance.
